seperated for 14 months. 19 month old little girl. wife has sole interim custody and guardianship. i have specified acceess mon wed 3 to 7pm and overnight visit once/week beginning fri at 3pm ending sat at 4pm. peace officer clause stating if i breach access terms i can be arrested. she regualarly denies access(once every 6 weeks or so) always claiming it is in the childs best interests. claims it is too steessful on the baby to beshuffled back and forth, the baby is sick, the baby is tired, the baby is stressed or the baby needs to be with her mother more than with her father.
desperately in need of some advice
my solution is to keep the baby for an extended period during my next visit but i know this will cause major problems
tired of missing time with my daughter don't know what to do help please
