There will always be people that abuse the system and try to 'get even' for whatever selfish reason without thinking clearly what the consequences will be. In this day and age where pregnancies can be prevented...there are still so many children born to single parents. I disagree with this but then that is my personal view. Bringing children into the world to only use them as a means to 'get even' or 'pay' is criminal. In the end it is you the taxpayer, that picks up the tab. There are thousands of stories Steve and I am sure we could debate this issue for a long time coming.
