BimboJimbo has been named to give you the bimbo point of parenting responsiblity which seems to lack at this board. Renate, your response is to kind. Steve Martin ..... get a life and start talking like an angry parent NOT a lawyer or bureaucrat. If you try and speak like those in the sytem then you will have to wait at least 20 years for the to POSSIBLY resolve any issues you have ( and by then, it will be dads who have the kids biologically. hee hee)
How long she paid support ? Should the heirs pays child support? What about the government paying child support.....
F__k, this sounds just like a bunch of lawyers in a court room with a judge about to be crusified, regardless of his/her decision by a anti-female or feminazi group.
You don't get it, do you ......????? It does not matter if the guy knew that she was going to get knocked up or if the girl deliberately got knock up for future support ......., it does not matter if stats show that only 10% of males who are in default are truely "deadbeat parents" or if all women on welfare have children to get a raise........
The bottom line is in our society it takes money to feed, cloth, educate, etc a child and someone has to pay .... It can be dad or mom, uncle or government or neighbour or boyfriend or the dog, but it will be someone.
So if we agree that someone has to pay lets vote on that and then accept no ifs, buts, maybes
MY VOTE IS Both the Biological mom and dad equally --- 50/50 , even steven, down the middle and if one is dead then the other pays the whole shot. ( Last I heard that's how it works in famailies that are not divorced)
p.s. don't give me your crap about custody, how long since you last the child, etc. It is a seperate subject and does not mean the child does NOT eat.

and finally STOP SPEAKING LIKE LITTLE CHILDREN or BIG WORK LAWYERS ..... the messages I am reading at this board are begin to sound more and more like most of you are speaking the same language that the lagal system has been speaking the same system that has caused you to be in arrears or has done nothing when you have been denied access or even better the same system that decide that one parent should have custody and the other ????? or the same system that decide you pay 80% of the bucks ......
