“There are not too many custodial fathers that want to make waves about their ex wives...why is that?”

Because they will not have a chance of winning anything. Have you not been following this board and others and figured that out yet. All they want is to be part of their child’s life. They know the rules. Fathers are ordered to pay if they are non-custodial and if they are custodial they have to pay it all themselves. In both cases mom doesn’t even have to spend a dime of her own money if she chooses on the kids.

“There are deadbeat moms - probably more than we even know about and I would fight just as hard for those fathers.”

You are right. No one will ever know. Unless people like you expose it.

“It's for the children that I am trying to make a stand for. Is that not our common goal on this board?”

Go to the Dept O J web page and read some of the new studies released about divorce statistics and their outcomes. Notice the numbers don’t add up about child support orders against mothers and the number of custodial dad’s out there.

I think most people on this board just want to be part of their child’s life. You appear to be more concerned with the part called the wallet. Not really the same common goal.

Some men have lost their children; some men have lost some money. Seems like men choose their children instead of the money from mom. We all know you want both.
