I think three of the greatest hurdles to fathers and their children getting fair treatment are: - the terms in which their relationship is defined. - the wholesale slandering of fathers by feminist media - feminist definitons of child abuse

We talk about "access" TO the children. Everyone thinks of it as permitting the father access to kids. And noone has much sympathy for grown men. If men can't see their kids, well, it's not serious - worse, they probably even deserve it, in many people's minds, thanks to feminist propaganda over the last few decades that has succeeded as painting all men as terrible monsters.

The truth is that access is a right of the children. Access is an opportunity for children to enjoy a relationship with their father. The public and the government need to be brought to recognize this, and have denial of access mean denying the children access to their father, not the reverse. Denying children access to their father is emotional child abuse.

Women who deny access often capitalize on the anti-male environment of our days, and raise doubts about the security of the children intheir father's care. The public and the courts succumb to the nagging doubts about all men that have been plantedin their heads by decades of feminist misinformation, and prefer to err on the side of safety. We need this to be corrected by putting resouces behind public education to the truth about menand fathers: they are in the huge majority every bit as decent and trustworth as the angelic vision of women many have.

Finally, our definitions of child abuse are currently too simplistic, and exclude what might be termed 'feminine' forms of abuse. Physical, and sexual abuse, as well as neglect, are, rightfully, well recognized forms of child abuse. But custodial moms are famous for a million other little ways of turning children inside out. Overbearing domination, sever scoldings for nothing, insults and put-downs that steal self-esteem, handing them to a thousand different babysitters, strings of strange men being pushed on them as their new uncle only to be torn away over and over again, and, the worst of all, replacing a child's naural happiness and tranquility with anger towrds their dad with all sort of lie. These forms of abuse are every bit as damaging as the others. But a custodial mom can inflict them with impunity. And feminism has managed to make it so politically incorrect to say anything negative about any woman, that noone is interested in speaking up.
