Hello everyone. I have been fighting for our son for 3 years.I have lost my lawyer due to money problems.The X has or had a drug problem when i left.She has acused me of asult and it cost me money for a crimnal lawyer.She lied and the Judge seen through it.Now she has acussed me of uttering threats.I have no money and legal aid will not help becuase i make too much.I have police records showing that she has been harasing me.She has damaged my truck,kicked my front door in,Asulted me left a threat on my answering machine.Yet the police will not charge her.I had a court date set for the threats but my lawyer droped me the day of the trial due to funds.The boyfreind of hers atacked me or tried to in the court room the sheriff had to escort him out.I have interm custody of my son He gets to stay with me for two weeks in a month with alternating weekends.I now find out through my son that his mom moved in with the boyfreind.He told me that he is not alowed in the basement and that his mom has lots of plants and they keep the light on all the time.Which explains how she can go to Mexico during her time with our son.While her Mother watches him.The problem is I do not know where they live.
Well what I am tring to say is.Is there anybody who can help me with court? I have No money left and I owe alot to everyone.Everyone tells me not to give up even the babysitter that we both share.Really stuck and stressed.For the utter threats they are asking for me to sign a peace bond but that will hurt me for the family case.
