I need some advice to pass on to a couple of abuse survivors

Hi Gang,

How are you all doing? I'm sorry I've not been in touch for a while, but hope you're all doing okay. My Crohn's has been playing up, but I think I'm on the mend now - I'm certainly feeling less tired, anyhow.

I hate to be a pest but I've had a message via my Web Site, from a woman who was sexually abused by a woman when she was a child,, and also her husband had been sexually abused as a boy, by his step-mother. She, a the age of 34, has only just begun to talk about her past to friends. She and her husband have always supported each other but it seems they'd never told anyone else. Unfortunately he seems to feel if he doesn't think of it it will go away. Anyhow, I wonder if you can give me some info that I can forward to them. I don't know what country they live in, but have written a note telling her I will try to find something they might find helpful..
