I do not feel it is fair for men to have to pay through there nose for child support, i think alot of women are getting away with alot.what is even worse is when they kick out the man and expects him to support her . there has to be something that men can do to fight back, one thing is to take care of there responsibility , but another is to be penalized. they take and calculate from gross wages instead of net wages , the goverment gets there money first and then after that you have to still pay the outrageous amount,i feel there is something we can do to help the fathers out that need the help. if roles were reversed and the women had to pay the outrageous amount i would feel the same way, i think they are expecting the non-custodial parent to pay and be punished. and i do not feel there is any fairness in it at all, why is it ok for the custodial parent to get on and be happy and never worry , when the other party is dealing with the loss of there children , marriage breakup and then have to pay through there nose when they were not the ones wanting to end the marriage. I do get support but not that i wanted to , and my fiance pays more then he should and we are suffering and she is living high and mighty , this is when it is not fair. I do not feel it is fair when someone lives in low income housing and has another man living and not working , and gets full exceeded amount for the kids. where is the fairness , i would like to see if there is other ppl out there like us and see if there is enough letters on complaints about how they are paying to much and maybe send them to some one that can do something. i just want ot see what responses i get good or bad.
