Class Action Lawsuit

Can someone please tell me why no one has filed any class action lawsuit against the Federal Government for it's structure of the 'Status Quo' format, and/or to the other slanted policies and obstacles that are obviously against Men from the start. I believed in Canadian Justice, until I found myself up against these unfair practices which are most definitely not in the best interest of all children and their relationships with their fathers.

I had hoped to find some help in my case, but after reading about some of the horror stories here, I have little to hope for now.
