Why isn't the father's rights movement having a significant impact?

You would think that with thousands of men being stripped of their children, assets, and income, there is enormous political potential in defending father's rights.

One of the biggest problems with father's rights is that potential leaders (like lawyers) who can read, write, and speak well and could appeal to the great majority of middle class men are often made to feel unwelcome in the movement.
