You cannot win the case even if allowed to law sue government for violation of Fathers rights.
The family law is done on a high professional level and it is absolutely politically correct. Fathers should support their families -- no doubt about it.
And don't forget that the devil is (as always) in details, in a court practice and law interpretation. And this is the moment where the law fits itself to the current political opinion and society expectations. Even if the court is formally independent of the government, the judge should have a guts and lots of courage to sat NO to the system. So we don't have such judges ...
I already expressed my opinion on the problem on this forum. This is a 100% POLITICAL matter. Court practice, mass media, feminist organizations, huge public propaganda, etc. are all secondary phenomena. People who run this process have no emotions, are sober minded and know exactly what they are doing. And women happen to be one of the tools they are using.
The damage to our society done by the disruption of the traditional Canadian family is enormous. No official statistics on it of course, but some info could be found on this site e.g recent "Statistics on children of single parents" and other web resources.
The only way (decent one) that Canadian people can change this situation is a two-step democratic approach:
1. Educate, inform the society about this destructive process
2. Get organized and push, "force" existing political leaders to a full Canadian family reform, or find new leaders for it.Else we'll see more and more postings on Internet forums like this telling us blood-chilling stories but nothing will change.
It could be only worse since these guys will enforce this family law practice to the extend that the society will allow them to do. And now we do almost nothing.Get Organized! I heard this call quite a while ago on one of the fathers forums.
A good starting point is to establish a good website that would address not only tips of the iceberg, but give a full insight to the problem.
The content must be honest and coverage must be full.
And don't forget that women are also victims of this Canadian family crisis. They should stand beside men and say "Enough! You guys get out of our family bed!
If you cannot provide reproduction of our population you are not qualified to rule the country".
