Here is the link to the full decision. Several important precedents, and FACTS, have been made. First, and probably most important is the recognition and FACT that PAS does exist. Second, that PAS is abuse, and worthy of removing the children, from that environment. Remember, as with all Court cases, you have the burdon of proof, that these events are occuring.
