Witness bias in courts

She claims that he is stalking and threatening to kill her. She wants a peace bond. He says that he has no such intentions. They have a psychiatric assessment report from a family court clinic. This states that the wife is the culprit, not the man. She refuses to allow it to be presented at the trial. There is another last minute witness who has been the wife's confidante. She is prepared to give some damaging testimony against the wife. The wife refuses to allow her to testify. These two pieces of evidenc would have exonerated the man. Unbiased courts??? Fair judgements???
