My heart goes out to you and your children.
Do not doubt yourself for a moment.
I have been through this in spades and my greatest mistake was to doubt myself and what I was seeing.
If you have a specific order to pick up the children make sure that you have it with you along with copies in case you need them.
Give notice to the local police and tell them that you are expecting difficulties.
If you have any problem picking up the children, go to the local police and file a complaint under the Canadian Criminal Code Section 282 which covers abduction and unlawful detainment contrary to a custody order. Ask for their assistance in recovering your children. If they refuse to help get the senior officer to put in writing that they would do nothing.
Take someone with you as a witness to the situation and have them take notes.
Do not allow yourself to get upset. Remain calm at all times and always keep focussed on how you would like to see the situation one year from now and how you would want to look back on it then.
You are in a custody battle and from what you have already said PAS and false allegations are already cards on the table. This is now a war of nerves. Do not blink.
I will post an article which you may wish to file with your affidavits.
